There are moments when children become quieter than usual.
There are emotions that pass by… yet even they don’t know how to name them.
How can children understand and express what is happening inside them?
At Inspire Khai Nguyên, Harmony Day 2026 is not designed as just a fun event. It is a purposefully structured psychological journey — where students gradually learn to recognize, understand, and regulate their own emotions.
Inspired by Inside Out, students embarked on an “emotional journey” through experiential stations:

From there, children begin to understand:
There are no “negative” emotions — only emotions that haven’t been understood in the right way.
Behind each activity lies a foundation of psychological and human development science:

Especially at an age when children are easily influenced by peers and their environment, having a safe space to simply “be themselves” is incredibly important.
Beyond the individual, the event also helps students:
Because a happy child is not one who is always cheerful, but one who understands themselves, manages emotions, and connects well with the world around them.
Happiness is not a destination — it is a journey children grow through every day. And Happiness Day 2026 is a small but meaningful step along that journey.
